Josh Shea originally joined Clarity in 2012 before moving to Perth. After some time away, he has since returned to Canberra with his young family and rejoined the Clarity team as a mortgage broker in 2024. With over a decade of experience in the financial and property sectors, including roles at boutique finance firms and multinational professional service companies, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his mortgage broking career.
Josh is committed to educating his clients about the home loan finance process and ensuring they understand their options every step of the way. He takes great pride in providing tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of his clients, helping them navigate the complexities of securing a home loan with confidence.
Josh holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma of Financial Planning, all of which complement his passion for delivering exceptional, client-focused service.

Arman has been organising my family's home loans for many years, so it was natural I would organise my loan with his help. I can confidently say Arman did an amazing job helping me set up my loan. His professionalism, knowledge and ability to clearly explain my possible options, as well as any underlying newbie questions I had, helped me understand my situation and what was best for me. My intention was to go direct to the bank. I already had one home loan with them and I did the sums, it seemed like a safe loan. I called my bank's customer service, they reviewed my sums and also said I should easily be able to borrow the amount I wanted. Put through my application and got advised by the lending agent I couldn't service the loan amount requested. I asked why and how much I could borrow, but was told they couldn't tell me as it counted as financial advice. It was a mystery.
I called Arman at Clarity Financial based on a goggle search and explained the situation. My intention was just to understand why my financials didn't check out so I could plan for the future. But it seems it was the bank that had made the mistake.
Two months later I've settled on a property with a loan organised through Clarity Financial from my bank who had rejected my application (they had the best rates). It's even a loan slightly higher than the one I submitted through the bank, so I can keep more of my savings in an offset for a rainy day. The whole process was super easy.
