Jared Parsons has been a dedicated member of the Clarity team since 2018, helping clients navigate purchasing, refinancing, and relocation home loan applications. With a background in sales, he brings strong communication and customer service skills to his role.
Jared prides himself on making the loan process clear and easy, using his deep understanding of lender policies, legislation, and loan products to guide clients confidently. He believes trust is the foundation of a successful client-broker relationship and is known for his honesty, transparency, and ability to “get the job done.”
A two-time Clarity Home Loans Broker of the Year, Jared has also been recognized in the AFG Excellence Awards as a Top 50 Mortgage Broker (NSW/ACT) in 2022 and 2024, and a Champion Broker of the Year Finalist in 2023. In addition to helping clients, he mentors new brokers, sharing his knowledge to support the next generation.

Arman has been organising my family's home loans for many years, so it was natural I would organise my loan with his help. I can confidently say Arman did an amazing job helping me set up my loan. The short version: Excellent, professional service. Would use again.The long version:My intention was to go direct to the bank. I already had one home loan with them and I did the sums, it seemed like a safe loan. I called my bank's customer service, they reviewed my sums and also said I should easily be able to borrow the amount I wanted. Put through my application and got advised by the lending agent I couldn't service the loan amount requested. I asked why and how much I could borrow, but was told they couldn't tell me as it counted as financial advice. It was a mystery.I called Arman at Clarity Financial based on a goggle search and explained the situation. My intention was just to understand why my financials didn't check out so I could plan for the future. But it seems it was the bank that had made the mistake.Two months later I've settled on a property with a loan organised through Clarity Financial from my bank who had rejected my application (they had the best rates). It's even a loan slightly higher than the one I submitted through the bank, so I can keep more of my savings in an offset for a rainy day. The whole process was super easy.

Thanks very much to Josh Shea, who was excellent to work with while buying my first home. He kept in regular contact, and I really appreciated how he answered my questions and stepped through the buying timeline, as well as guiding through the choice of mortgage. There were some tight timeframes for approvals in the lead up to Christmas but Josh and team got it all over the line. I would recommend Clarity without hesitation.
