Felicity Maddison has been part of Clarity since 2015, bringing extensive experience in the home loan industry. Starting in financial planning administration in 2007, she became a mortgage broker in 2009 before transitioning into administration, compliance, and business management.

As Client Experience Manager, Felicity oversees every touchpoint of the customer journey, from branding and marketing to website navigation and the home loan process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement, she plays a key role in enhancing Clarity’s client experience.

A Canberra native and busy mum of three, Felicity loves sunshine, hot chocolate, and scary movies. Her passion for customer service and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable part of the Clarity team.

Felicity's qualifications include a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
