Jess began working at Clarity in 2009 as our receptionist but was very quickly recognised as having customer service qualities that were able to used more broadly within the business and was almost immediately moved into a position working alongside and being trained by the Managing Director.  Whilst in this role Jess mastered a broad range of technical skills and acquired an in-depth understanding of all facets of the loan process. This knowledge enables her to assist our clients with all of their needs leading up to settlement and beyond, a vital role that is responsible for ensuring the experience for all of our valued clients is a positive and professional one, and it is a role that Jess is perfect for with her friendly, helpful personality.
