As Mortgage Brokers we are required to process our loans through an Intermediary Company. We work with Australian Finance Group Pty Ltd as they have the best support in place to maintain our industry training and compliance. AFG provide an electronic platform which allows us to submit your loan application online directly to the lenders. This enables us to cut days off the loan process.

Our Complimentary Services

As a full-service home loan brokerage provider, Clarity Home Loans takes the stress out of home loans, handling everything for you - from assessing your situation, applying for the loan, liaising with the lender and other parties through to settlement. This service saves lenders a significant amount of time and money.

By using a broking service such as ours, lenders are able to save money – they don’t need as many staff, as many branches, or to spend as much on training, equipment and IT, so it’s in the lender’s interests to pay us for the service we provide. Lenders have played a big part in encouraging the development of the broking industry, and currently, around 40% of all loans in Australia go through mortgage brokers.

Our Commission Structure

Clarity Home Loans pays its Mortgage Brokers the same percentage of the loan amount, regardless of the lender that is used. This means that you can be completely confident that we focus solely on identifying the most suitable loan and the most appropriate loan structure for you.

Your accredited Mortgage Broker, together with our experienced administration team, will handle the entire process from start to finish, maintaining constant contact with you and providing you with a hassle free loan transaction.

1. Initial Contact

When you first phone the Clarity office, one of our experienced Mortgage Brokers will ask you a number of detailed questions to determine your current financial situation and make sure that we are properly prepared for our meeting with you. Understanding your current financial circumstances and your specific needs means that we can identify the lender, loan type and product that is right for you.

Once a convenient time for a meeting has been arranged, you will receive a confirmation email with a list of documentation you will need to bring along. Alternatively, you may be asked to complete our Client Information Sheet. To open, please click here. The document will open in a new page, and you will be able to type directly into the document, then save it and either email or fax it back to your Mortgage Broker.

2. Selecting the right loan for you

Once your financial needs and loan requirements have been discussed and all information confirmed with you face to face, we will identify the best loan and lender for your particular situation. The loan application process will be fully explained, and any hidden costs associated with your loan product will be made clear. We will also identify any other fees that will arise in the process of the financial transaction and will assist you in completing the loan application forms.

3. Submitting your Loan Application

Once we receive all of your supporting documentation, we will submit the loan application to the lender and ensure that it is processed in a timely manner. Our dedicated administration team will be heavily involved assisting in the smooth processing of your loan. Their input during this part of the process makes a huge difference to the outcome.

4. The approval process

As soon as your loan is approved we will notify you and continue to work hard behind the scenes to ensure the documentation is finalised quickly and easily. We liaise constantly with your solicitor, lender, real estate agent and any other relevant parties, so you can relax knowing your loan has been approved and is progressing as needed.

5. Settlement

Once your loan documents have been signed, either in the presence of your solicitor or Mortgage Broker, we will return them to the lender in preparation for settlement. We will continue to liaise with your solicitor in the lead up to settlement to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.

6. Ongoing support

Once your loan has been settled we will make sure that everything is finalised. The fact that we stay so involved throughout the entire process means that we can be your first point of contact for any query regarding your finances for the entire length of the loan. Your details are safely stored in our Client Care Program to ensure that we don’t lose touch and can continue to be of service to you in the future.
